We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. All sales are final. If you are unsatisfied email us right away and we’ll make it right.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at Pharmatrixlabs@gmail.com with photos of the issue and we'll make it right. If you are not happy contact us and we’ll do our best to satisfy you. You can reach out to us 24/7, even on holidays.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if a return is required.
